BEWARE!!!!!! We bought a beautiful home that was only five years old and been so well taken care of by the sweetest retired couple. Jerry did our inspection. About a week after moving in we noticed the back door that goes to the back yard had rotting. It was hard to notice because it had a weather strip covering it up. We called Jerry and took pictures. BEWARE of JERRY OWENS ACCURATE PROPERTY INSPECTIONS!!! He needs his license and bonding revoked ASAP. This guy is almost like a Con-Artist, and yes I have the photos and repair bills to prove it. Bought a house in Oct 2012, paid $250.00 for inspection. The sellers agreed to make basic DIY repairs to sell the house and they did. Problem is the inspections did NOT uncover FIRE Hazards "dangerous & insufficient wiring".
