Accurate Plumbing charged me $5,600 for three young men with shovels who worked for six hours to repair a sewer line. He verbally to me that it would take three days and the contract stated an excavator would be needed and a fence would be removed. None of those things happened. I am 83 years old and my husband is 85. I feel we have been taken advantage of. I do NOT recommend this company.
Nick went above and beyond for us yesterday. Accurate Plumbing is highly responsive, reliable, and professional. We have had them do plumbing work for us in the past and found them to be hard-working, quick, and efficient. Our little detached guest house has needed a bathroom and kitchen sink plumbing hooked up, main house leaking faucet and drainage issues repaired, and underground pipe work exposed and unclogged.
