I had a tub drain leak on an old cast iron tub. The drain was “complicated”. I have an older house and the plumbing requires quite a bit of knowledge and creativity to say the least. Sean and Joe did a great job. During the 3 times Accurate has been to my home I’ve found them to be clean and professional every time and they’ve always been honest with me. Called Accurate Plumbing this morning about garbage disposal not working and were able to come out this afternoon between 2pm and 4pm. Shawn arrived at 2:30. Shawn was very professional and explained what the issue was and that I needed a new disposal. Went over the Protection Program and explained the different disposal type and cost. Shawn from Accurate came out on short notice to clean my clog. Accurate did charge ridiculous amount $384.00...HOWEVER...when clog returned 3 days later and had to get another plumber...they refunded the entire amount. Five stars for standing by their work!!!
Service tech, Sean was professional, personable, considerate and knowledgeable. I would recommend Accurate to all my friends and family. my problem was resolved in a timely manner.
