Horacio and Kannon just finished a job for us. They not only worked hard to get a difficult job done but they are really pleasant guys to work with. We've been using Accurate for several years before the fire and will continue to call them when we need help.

Your employees are stellar! Your service team has the old fashioned small town feel of the neighborhood plumber who really cares about you, and we live in Chico- a city of 130,000 now! Today we had an incident where the toilet was running water and it was a minor repair that took only a short time. They are a Great company. We needed our garbage disposal replaced (we thought), but when they came, they got it unplugged and going again within a few minutes. Saved us the cost of a new disposal and installation! :-) Highly recommend them!
I had just moved to Chico and didn't know who to call for a broken pipe. A friend recommended Accurate Plumbing. I'm glad I used this company. Very professional and courteous! When I called I was Immediately given an appointment. Plumbers Rick and "Get" showed up on time and found my problem with my pipe and faucet. I even got a blanket to keep the pipe from freezing in the winter. I highly recommend Accurate Plumbing and won't ever call anyone else! Thanks guys!!!
