I spoke with the manager who hung up on me when politely asking if he can listen to my query as he continued to speak about non-relevant topics that wasnt what I was calling about. I requested a quote on 3 separate occassions from the owner with no response. The owner finally replied to my last follow up that he was overseas on a holiday but no mention about following this up on his return or organising someone else doing this in his absence. Great customer service and timely service
The guys were amazing with quick response to my pest needs. Wayde is a very lovely man and very easy to talk to. All the staff are good even down to the great reception staff. I'm very confident they will manage my pest control well and i would recommend them to everyone.
