We refinanced at a historical low rate, AND over the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays, so it was a very busy time. Savannah, our mortgage consultant, was ALWAYS available to answer questions, by email, phone, and text. I appreciated her weekly proactive update, and when we hit paperwork snags, she navigated us through them. The closing was especially nice, and we felt very valued as a customer.
