They advertise trenchless pipe repair, but don't do it under a slab, which is where you would need it the most.
I called in regarding a leak in my home's slab and once Jaqueline determined it wasn't a plumbing issue not only did she become rude, but she hung up on me. I called back to ask if I could speak to a manager due to her poor customer service attitude and hanging up on me and she responded, "you're not a potential customer, so if you give it I'm going to dish it back to you." They might do great work but they are not professional when it comes to communicating with potential clients and trying to help clients move through the process from quote to putting down the deposit. When I asked about financing for a major repair ($18,500), the office manager sent a generic scanned paper brochure for Synchrony Bank with their merchant number listed on the brochure but didn't offer any explanation of how to proceed with synchrony or what level of involvement they have with Synchrony.
