Greater Than 5 Stars for Kamal Menard & Accurate Irrigation! I can’t say enough great things about Kamal Menard and the team at Accurate Irrigation. When I first moved into my home, Kamal came out and did a full inspection of my irrigation system. He went above and beyond—tweaking and fine-tuning the system to make sure everything was working perfectly. Avoid Accurate Irrigation – Unprofessional, Unprepared, Overpriced After 7 years as a loyal customer, Accurate Irrigation completely let me down. They came out 3 times without the proper equipment, sent their least experienced crew, and delivered sloppy, incomplete work. When I raised concerns, they were dismissive and rude. The job was overpriced, poorly programmed, and the sprinkler heads they chose were all wrong for my yard. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY HAVE YOU. THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP WITH MATERIALS REQUIRED, PUT PEOPLE ON JOB WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE AND GIVE YOU LOUSY SERVICE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOU AS A CUSTOMER. DROP THEM AND FIND SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL WHO CARES AND PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. THEY LEFT THINGS BROKEN AND UNDONE AND JUST DON'T CARE.
