This company has been terrible to work with from risk to ruin It took 3 weeks to get an estimate for radiant barrier, and the estimate for the cellulose and air sealing never happened at all No one showed up last friday to install the radiant barrier at all. no call, no text , no email at all When we called them to find out where the crew was, dispatch couldn't even find the job in the system. Horrible experience trying to get all of the promised area covered. Completely unprofessional. There's too many other options out there to have to put up with their nonsense.
I've been a homeowner for 21 years. In all that time, I have used dozens of contractors for renovation, HVAC, roofing, electrical, plumbing, etc. I can now add Dan Smallenbroek as only the third contractor/consultant that I trust implicitly to that list. Prior to working with Dan, I received an estimate from another highly regarded insulation company for attic encapsulation.
