Jim is squared away and also stayed after to talk and answered any questions I had. His image on these reviews don’t do him justice. Great guy and great inspector.
We hired Jim thinking he would be able to tell if there was anything wrong with the house we were wanting to buy. We would not recommend him because the floor joist in this home are not level and need pillars to be put in. Also we have found 3 leaks with black mold which one you could tell from the crawl space was black mold. Now we are stuck with a home we have to put a lot of money in just to make it livable!!
Very thorough and shows me everything and educates me on how things should and should not be. His summary and pictures are included in a booklet with descriptions and a problem rating for things that need repair. Mr. Jennings is highly recommended in my book.
