LOOK ELSEWHERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY ON THIS RINKY-DINK OPERATION! We had our home inspected by Lorne. What a waste of time and money. Not once, but twice. Six months after inspection we found multiple problems that should have been found and/or dealt with upon inspection. Mainly a damaged leaking roof. I have been a Realtor helping Buyers and Sellers for 19 years. Fred Reid and TJ Henderson have done many home inspections for my clients over the years. I love the convenience that they can do the Home Inspection, Radon Test and Termite Inspection (Wood Destroying Insects). They give you the home inspection report when the inspection is complete. They are very knowledgeable and are available after the inspection as a resource if the buyer has questions about their home when they want to make improvements or updates.
