Marcus was great!!! professional and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection of the home and took lots of pictures. I am a first time homebuyer he gave me good advice on how to proceed with what he found and how much it would cost to fix any issues. 10/10 would use Marcus again.
Me and my husband had our inspection and it couldn't have gone better! Marcus did an amazing job! He was very informative and every time he had see something he let us know what he had found. He went through everything that he was obliged to look and inspect, and over all he was very professional and nice!
Not my home inspection, but I was with my son and daughter-in-law when they had their inspection done, and I’ve been through a few of my own. Marcus was very professional and informative about the process of his inspection and the scope of his work. I will definitely call him the next time I need an inspector. The weather was terrible, but he was still very thorough and good spirited.
I've used Accurate Home Inspection 3 times in the past twenty years. I wouldn't use anyone else. Marcus is very thorough and someone I trust.
I would most certainly not recommend this inspector. My daughter recently hired him to inspect a house they were purchasing. This man not only missed a $15,000 HVAC issue but now their roof is leaking profusely into their house. They have only been in this house for 30 days!!!! There is no excuse for this degree of oversight. He will not return their calls and is refusing to make this right. Do not use this inspector. He clearly can’t do his job thoroughly and then refuses to take responsibility when he overlooks issues.
