I’ve been working with Accurate Home Care for almost a year now. This job brings so much joy from the clients, field staff and office staff. The environment is easy going and the job is so rewarding. I would recommend Accurate for all needs from employment to care!
RecommendedI am a nurse with Accurate. I have seen great strides in this company in the last few years. It isn’t a perfect company. But it is a good company. News flash everyone! There’s a shortage of nurses and PCA’s. If you’re wondering why you can’t keep staff or that people don’t show up for shifts it could very well be due to the home environment. Be kind and respectful to your staff. Those homes are never short of nurses.
very unprofessional supposed professional staff. many many issues. high staff turnover and staff has anger issues. mission statement means nothing. look for other options!
Not impressed, was told they could help. Two phone calls for them to collect information, and one call to setup an appointment all was well. Got a call the next week and they can no longer assist, no reason given. Wishy washy company.
No, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Sadly, they have forgotten their true mission.
Worst company EVER! I have now been with out a pca for 4 weeks cuz they don't communicate with me! Then wonder why I'm so pissed off & use colorful language! Well accurate, maybe if you ppl had told me the one I picked got a rejection letter I could have made other arrangements! No I didn't get told nothing! I knew less than 24 hours prior to my pca going on vacation! I had to contact Accurate! I don't have family or friends to help me! i work for the Mental health Day Treatment for kids in Princeton ,MN and ever since new management it feels like a great program to work for again. Great learning experiences, great coworkers, supportive supervisors, and overall just a great program.
I love the clients and that's about it.
I have worked for Accurate Home Care since January 2018. I love my job and enjoy the people I work with. I enjoy the fact that our company makes it possible for patients to be home and receive the care they need. We have compassionate, caring, and reliable staff.
