Accurate hearing centers has always been my go to for any hearing health questions or issues. The service they offer is second to none. Answering questions, tuning devices, repairs, or anything else you need they are your one stop shop!
Terrible customer service…had a 12:30 appointment so arrived about 12:15 to be greeted by dark office and directive on door saying out to lunch Will return at 1:00…so called customer service number seeking help…who then called Tami who came from darkened office to say she was having lunch and would return at 12:30…when I asked if I could wait in office area, the answer was no because she was eating lunch…as I was heading back to my car to wait I called the customer number again to cancel appointment because of the entire deb... read more
