I had an appointment at 2. They called and left a voicemail confirming my 2 pm appointment. I had even called a month before to confirm the time. I arrive just before 2 and they tell me my appointment was at 1. But I can wait for 2 other people to finish with their appointments. I had to take the time off of work for this appointment and I could not wait. The only thing I was told was “sorry”. Well, sorry. After 5 or so years, I am going somewhere else that doesn’t mess up appointments.

I asked the owner for the best hearing aids which also have tracking if lost and he chose an inferior pair. He had not bothered to research the latest equipment. I learned that his choice was changed by an aid staff later. Real Ear Testing is the gold standard of how to adjust hearing aids to the needs of the person. Tammy, the main employee, claimed that their office does Real Ear Testing. When I had work done on my car I was helped by Lance and he was was very polite and upfront. They offered free a diagnosis and were quick on car repairs. The diagnosis itself was very in depth despite the lack of cost. Definitely a trustworthy company in my eyes.
