I first approached accurate glass in 2022 after I moved in to my highrise place and the side window wouldn’t open or close properly. They were very receptive on the phone and sent a technician to promptly resolve the situation. I had to contact them again as my window was sticking to the point of becoming stuck. If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is a headache from start to finish. Scheduling is a mess - weeks pass with no response, and calls are ignored. When the technician finally arrived, there were long delays and no respect for anyone’s time. The glass was in a bad condition and they refused to fix it. Customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

So disappointed with service standard in the front office. I've tried for 4 weeks to get someone on site. Someone still hasn't showed. I'm going elsewhere - it shouldn't be that difficult.
