Highly recommended! Another place diagnosed our tankless water heater as a total loss and priced a new one at $7k. Brett and Joe from Accurate came out and got it quickly running and didn’t want to charge me! Nice guys, super professional. First time I’ve ever worked with Accurate, but they’re my go-to now. Had them flush the unit since they were here and got out on their maintenance schedule. Also, they came out same-day, just a few hours after I called.
I purchased a new gas stove and had to have a licensed professional unhook the gas from the old stove and hook up the new one. I was referred to Accurate Gas and Plumbing. And I am so glad. They were very accommodating. They came in the morning of the new stove delivery to unhook and even moved my stove to the garage. And they came back the same day to hook up the new one. They were professional and friendly through the entire process. I highly recommend them!!!
Excellent customer service and prompt communication. Had to do a long distance plumbing job for an outdoor kitchen and Accurate was on the ball at all times. They got the hook up complete quickly and professionally. Would absolutely use them again.
