Jefferson provided the least stressful environment and the most professional services ever! He was unable to repair my garage door opener because "the brain" was broken and offered us an opportunity to obtain a second opinion. He explained why he was unable to fix it and did not charge for it. We did decide to hire him to replace the opener. He was quick, tidy, and helpful. Door was repaired on same day he came out, and it was Memorial Day. Did very good work. Very professional and thorough.
Technician came out and expalined what the problem was and provided several options and pricing levels. We agreed on a course of action and he said he could begin in two days around 10:30. He arrived early and completed the job in the time frame he told me he would. He explained exactly what he had done and how the new opener worked.
They did a great were polite, on time, and very professional. I would recommend them and thank you for a great experience.
