I have tested at the facility in Louisville and they, by far are the most professional and friendly group of people that I have encountered for Customer Service. They were fast and professional. I highly recommend using them if you need to do a drug test.
DO NOT GO HERE! I've been needing to get a DOT drug test done for pre employment. I decided to go here because I've been to this place in the past. I went in around 3 and they told me they couldn't do it because they have to wait 3 hrs and they close at 4:30. It was memorial day weekend and I missed my window of when I could get the test done.
