Dear BBB, Before I got this job done with ClearBra of Dallas, aka; Accurate Detail & Tint in Argyle, TX done, shop owner Brent told me the job would be completed inside his 10-car garage for entire job and, he sounded sincere and that was important to me if he was going to do the job inside, and not outside. I refer to Shawn White's review, The guy I work with said his name was Brent and he told me he was RETIRED chief of Police Dept for Phoenix, AZ. I am not knowing if he is or not, but it's odd because he blew up at me on the telephone when I asked a simple question, which if you came from a background in law enforcement then I believe he could of handled much more smoothly and it only got worst when I picked up the car. He was very condescending and he wanted to be hateful!

Bret and Paul are outstanding guys! The work they performed was just as great. I went with a full tint job on my 2019 BMW 330XI. I was talked into going with their highest protection tint and do not regret it. The heat reduction with the product they offer is no joke. No longer does my A/C run at max for a half an hour to cool off the car. The difference in heat reduction with the car not is day and night. I just got off the phone with this place and the gentleman I spoke to was quite condescending and moderately rude. I didn’t really know what I needed in an auto tint and he was short and made me feel stupid. I would prefer to give my business to someone who has a bit more class when dealing with someone who isn’t sure exactly what they need. Someone needs to work on their customer service and phone etiquette.
