Really ALL of the above.... Our business was burglarized 4/15/2020and the first and most important lead came from the tracking of a laptop from our business. This laptop was replaced and set up exactly the way the stolen laptop was within a very short time. My laptop is several years old and really takes a beating with regular use for my business...the hard drive failed and Rodney was quick to provide a quote, order a replacement drive, and complete the repair.
