I was looking for Palative care for my Mom searching on internet and found in Wheeling “ LifeChoice Hospice and Palliative Care” agency. We had appointment with Dr. Kaplan who is actually very good and knowledgeable Doctor how ever his office did not prepared him for oppoitment at all and then without my consent suddenly and surprisingly the agency “Accurate Care” took over and started Home Survices for my Mom. Horrible owner. Lied about the caregiver's credentials. Also makes the client prepay for services! I had to pay for services not yet provided. He also refused to allow my caregiver to work additional hours if I an appointment that ran past my four hour allotment, even though i was paying for yhe extra time..
They provided services to a senior with limited physical abilities. Stella is a warm caring person and did a good job.
Accurate Care at Home provided my family great care. Very caring and comforting. Thank you for care you provided. I would recommend giving them a call.
