Been waiting for a background check from a employer since the 2nd and all customer service says is “it takes 7-10 days” and when told it’s been passed that they don’t know what to say so they hit you with the typical response they have. Worst place I’ve gotten backgrounds done from other companies from other employers and comes back in 2-3 days wouldn’t recommend accurate at all
EMPLOYERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Firm is currently having an issue with this an issue with clearing someone that had made a mistake with the father company name of a previous employer. The correction was made over a week ago and this company has been giving everyone the run around. This is embarrassing on the deepest level. The team here is incompetent and neglegent when it comes to assignment. Please choose another screening company as this is not worth the stress that will come to you and your potential candidates.
Applied with one company that uses them and it was back the same day. Was offered the position I really wanted and took the offer so they ran a check too and its been over 2 weeks now and all I get is "its still processing". Its the same information only 2 weeks apart in being ran.
It only took about a week to complete my background check however, during the process I was asked to contact the company to provide information that I had already filled out on their form. Additionally when you call to check on your status, you are only told “your background is still in progress” which isn’t helpful and only adds stress for candidates.
I submitted my information and my background check was done successfully. I recommend Accurate company for any background check.
