Infuriating company. They have no idea what they’re checking for. They keep sending me forms to fill out for a hiring process…. I’m not applying for any job. THAT IS NOT WHAT THE BACKGROUND CHECK IS FOR!!! They’re requesting information via unsecured portals. NO! Why would anyone send their private information over the internet and not through a secure portal?!? They also keep sending improperly formatted forms. There are HUGE language barrier issues. This is the worse company EVER!! Who takes over 3 weeks to complete a background check!?? Risking people’s employment! This company better be glad they’re not under BBB laws cause I was going to report them SOOOO many times! This company needs to close ASAP! I didn’t even know a such thing as this was possible! I thought background checks take up to 5 days MAX! UNACCEPTABLE!
This company was terrible to deal with. They requested additional information for a previous employer and could not comprehend the fact that the store I worked for was legit because it was a family owned company so my tax documents listed the owner’s name rather than the business. On top of that, they called that previous employer and were absolutely horrendous to them over the phone. Careful... incorrect reports
Very poor experience, never worried or stressed so much about a background check ever than when I did it through this company. If any employers plan on using this company, don’t. Unless you want the worst experience ever
