Google needs to add the “ZERO” star option or reinvent the review paradigm, because companies like this deserve either 🌪️ or 💩 symbols to represent how chaotic or crapy they are. From unknowledgeable agents to weak security systems. Repetitive emails because they don’t follow up internally or not bothering to check the forms and asking again for the same information already available on the forms!
Lost a job opp because they take forever to update the data they pull on you. Hope this company goes under.
Never had to deal with this company before. Had background submitted and then they email me and say they need a physical signature; no other job I have ever been with or applied to has ever asked me that- I've simply went online and sign a consent form, that is it. The fact they're asking for a physical signature is a red flag. If any company you apply to uses this company, I would look somewhere else.
