This incompetent company costed me the job!!!! How unprofessional can you be? It must be a qualification you need to work here! Never in my life have I had a background process so screwed up! You required so much BS to download and send back and then say it was wrong! Your damn forms suck and do not clarify what to put down and then the process continues to take a month!!! I couldn't get a call back or help. You need to be put out of business!
I wouldn't even give them a star but to leave this review I have to. Accurate got some pertinent details incorrect. My boyfriend sent them court records and in a round about way they said they are not responsible for a validity or accuracy of information. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!!???? SOMETHING YOU CLAIM AS FACT ON A BACKGROUND CHECK COMES BACK AS INCREDIBLY WRONG AND ITS NOT YOUR JOB TO MAKE SURE POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS GET THE ACCURATE INFORMATION????? OKAY ACCURATE. If I could give zero stars I would, my background check has been in progress for over 3 weeks delaying my start date with my new employer. How do you call yourself a background check agency??? Every other company can do this within 3-4 days
I generally don't have such a pessimistic approach on a Company. But read what I'm about to say. The people within the company I was transitioning to loved contingent status and was encouraged by higher company to apply directly with the company. For the record, as a contingent worker I had passed a previous background check 8 months ago. They also conducted a soft credit check.
