Great place. Whenever I have issues with my car, I go to Accurate. The turnaround is always quick, most of the repairs are done in a day. And the most important part to me - not only are they very upfront and open about what the fix is gonna cost, when comparing the price I paid online, they are ALWAYS on the lowest end for the respective service. 100% recommended!
This week, I thought my car battery had died. I called Triple A to have it jumped, and was told that my wires had been chewed by animals and I would need to have it towed to a mechanic. I chose Accurate Auto Service because of its proximity to my apartment, and I am so glad I did! They squeezed me in immediately and already made repairs within less than 3 hours of having my car. The staff is always kind, and my vehicles are always repaired correctly the first time. I have had great success with routine maintenance/tire repairs/replacement, a/c repairs and even fixing a broken head on my classic mustang. If you want a one stop shop that can fix things right the first time, I would recommend Accurate Auto.
My son is a student at UD and had an issue with his car. My son is not a "car guy", but Glenn was so helpful and patient with him. I was so impressed with the service - they came and towed his car to the shop and called promptly with the diagnosis. We elected not to have the repairs completed, and Glenn offered to help us with scrapping the car. I thought the fees for the towing and diagnostics were reasonable. I was very, very impressed with the whole experience. Wish they were closer to me!
I have found accurate Auto Service to provide excellent maintenance, diagnostic and repairs for my german vehicle. They are very thorough and they price their work in a very fair fashion. They treat my vehicle with the utmost care and are far better value than the dealer.
