The Accurate Auto team is amazing! I only have a week day off twice a month. On a Friday I called one location, and they didn't have any openings, but she (I believe her name was Katie) referred me to another location (Wilsonville) where they said they would do their best to work me in. Not only did they get me in, they stayed late to get it done. Wow! Everyone I spoke to was pleasant, friendly and professional!
Quick to get in after my engine light came on! They found the culprit along with other maintenance that my sweet little 2010 KIA SOUL needed! I had also returned for a cabin filter change. I was tired of working with dealerships, so I looked for a smaller repair shop to do some things that I needed to do on my car. This included an oil change and The remainder of a 30,000 mile maintenance. I called Accurate Auto and worked with Nathan, the manager. I felt very comfortable with the things that they recommended to be done, and they didn’t break the bank. I’m glad I chose Accurate Auto, Nathan, and C, my tech. I found my new card repair shop. Thanks AA
The splash guard on my car came loose all of a sudden on i-5 which made a horrible racket. I nursed it to the closest auto repair shop which was Accurate Repair. They were so kind to drop working on another car to attend to my emergency. 5 minutes later Patrick handed me my key and we were back on the road. AND…on top of that… no charge!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤗
