Like Melek, I also had a bit of a tricky situation, but the guys at West Loop Auto Body saved me! I swear I am not an idiot, but was having a rough morning and accidentally locked my keys inside my car. While it was running. A locksmith told me that it would cost me $180 to come out and open up my car. So I called West Loop Auto Body and somebody was there within 15 minutes and didn't charge me anything to open up my door! Nice guys. west loop is a great place i did not want to take my car there but i did and am glad i did, the service there was great, the repairs look unbelievable my car was back the way it look before my accident , my car was done when they told me it would be and they also took care some additional damage at no charge to me, ...... west loop now has my business
Listen, this place will give you the serrvice that you can afford. Meaning if your budget is tight and the insurance won't pick up the cost, then let them know and they will give you some short cuts and cheaper options. Point blank, not many worthwhile body shops out there so be aware.
I drive a Toyota and my dealer Grossinger referred me to West Loop. I am very attached to my car and from the start the fine people at West Loop treated me great. They are really a reflection of good business. They worked well with my insurance and cleaned up my car nice for me. When I got it back they explained everything they did and told me about the warranty. I would go there again.
Wow! All I have to say is WOW!! I especially appreciated the loaner car and the detailed explanation of the problems with my car. I will recommend their services to all my friends and family!!! One of a kind business - you will not go wrong with them!!!
After an unfortunate encounter with a tight parking garage, we had a serious scrape that needed to be repaired. We worked with Ryan and he was incredibly helpful- faxes quotes when and where we needed them and worked with us to keep the price under the insurance threshold. Then, as the work was being performed they found additional damage that they photographed, e-mailed, and clearly explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Except for having to actually pay for the service, WLAB makes the process a pleasure. I've never been treated so well anywhere!!!! A++++++++
They completed body repair on my car and I think they did a good job. They washed the car after their completed work (for free) so that's a plus. They are trustworthy.
