Paul is an amazing person, got my car in quickly and fixed my windshield.
Just had Paul replace the windshield on my four week old BMW X7. He did a great job, took excellent care of my vehicle, worked with insurance to get me OEM glass, and was very easy to work with from a scheduling and responsiveness perspective. That is very rare in the automotive industry. He was more responsive than the dealership that just sold me this SUV, that says something.
Paul is truly a great man. I had a Turkey fly into my windshield and badly damage it late Friday afternoon, I had ~4 hours of a drive remaining and needed emergency service to get to my destination by that night. Paul’s shop didn’t have my particular windshield unfortunately, but Paul stayed on the phone with me even after the hours of his business should have been closed and called all his friends to see who could help me out, and walked me through all the options I had to help get me home even knowing it wouldn’t result in... read more
