I've been going here since I came to Chico. They have always been kind and helpful, taking the time to explain to me what's going on even though I know nothing about cars. Tried to find the best prices they can for me and tried to get my car fixed as soon as they possibly can. In my opinion, the best shop in Chico, for the affordable prices and the customer service! Had a shaky car and they stuck with me to troubleshoot the problem. They even accommodated for my tight schedule. Nice and friendly.
I bring my car here all the time. Fast and friendly. always get me In-N-Out and I can quit.
I am a tall, blonde, woman with glasses and I have had past experience with mechanics who try to treat me like I'm an idiot who doesn't know anything about cars, and take advantage of me. NOT THIS PLACE. Accurate auto is the only place in Chico I will take all my cars to, because I trust them and they do good and honest work. This is not a big shop so they might take a little longer to get the work done, but this also means you get personal attention and direct attention to your needs.
They were friendly, fair, very knowledgeable. They were completely transparent. Overall 10/10 service. Would recommend to anyone.
