I bring my car here all the time. Fast and friendly. always get me In-N-Out and I can quit.
I am a tall, blonde, woman with glasses and I have had past experience with mechanics who try to treat me like I'm an idiot who doesn't know anything about cars, and take advantage of me. NOT THIS PLACE. Accurate auto is the only place in Chico I will take all my cars to, because I trust them and they do good and honest work. This is not a big shop so they might take a little longer to get the work done, but this also means you get personal attention and direct attention to your needs.
They were friendly, fair, very knowledgeable. They were completely transparent. Overall 10/10 service. Would recommend to anyone.
