Greg did a fine job appraising a very unusual upscale home, and he was interesting to talk to! Thank you Greg for a great job.
Greg had a bad attitude, was impolite, had NO knowledge regarding energy efficiency and smart technology, was not professional and communicative. I would not recommend him; it is a waste of money and time.

Greg was amazing! He helped us with the appraisal of my late Father-in-law's home this past Summer. He hooked us up with Dedree Hoyt, and amazing Real Estate Agent in the Simi Valley area. Without Greg's solid recommendation, we would have been lost. His vast knowledge of the area and its professionals was a great attribute when it came to our situation. You can't go wrong with Greg!
