Nancy came to save the day! Extremely professional and absolutely amazing customer service. If I could rate 6 stars I would! She had my dryer back up and running in a short time and her price was extremely reasonable.
If you are seeking a professional company! Nancy is rude, disrespectful and seeks confrontation!!!! She is not well versed on new appliances and technology while believing they are all plastic trash recycled from China!!! Keep your sanity and stay away even if this your only warranty option request to another vendor! If you are a minority just be aware “Karen” goes in full effect!!!!!

My dryer stopped working and I was sure I would have to buy a new one since it’s a pretty old model but my neighbor recommended Nancy and she is a life saver! She was all the above and more! Prompt, caring, professional reasonably priced and had great advice! Thank You!!!
