My experience with Accurate was beyond excellent! Hunter is very informative and walked me through all my questions and concerns. The crew was exceptional. Malcolm was fantastic to work with and just as knowledgeable. Everything was clean when they left - bonus! Highly recommend!!
I had my attic insulated in early 2024, and a bathroom ceiling heater/light/ fan installed. A problem developed with the heater component in December 2024. Accurate diagnosed the problem and fixed it at no charge to me. Employees are professional and respectful.
We have the highest regard for Torrance and his team. Our 1960s home had numerous air-sealing deficiencies, some obvious and some insidious. AAE did not just do the easy things and say it is 'good enough'. They were committed to do the job right and solve the problems. Crew members were courteous and professional. Torrance has a better understanding of air sealing / insulation / ice dams than anyone I have met. Our dealings were honest and forthright. We recommend this team to anyone.
Since my house was getting re-sided (thanks to a hail storm), I decided to add insulation to the older (1948) 2 story part of the house since it had about 1/2 inch of cotton batting. I interviewed 4 companies, and this company came on top. Jason and his crew did an energy audit in 2020, and it took me 4 years to finally pursue the proposed improvements. When I reached out again, they were quick to give me an updated estimate and get me scheduled. Everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly, and the project was completed on time and close to the estimate. My home is noticeably more comfortable, and I can't wait to see how my energy bills are impacted!
