Good Service and air fix
Tim and his team did a phenomenal installation of my new 5-ton heat pump/condenser and air handler. A few weeks ago, Tim serviced my 12-year-old heat pump and discovered the evaporator was leaking internally. After he estimated the repair cost, I was tired of it nickel and diming me and decided to replace the system. He does not attempt to upsell and thoroughly explained the differences and similarities between the prominent and lesser-known manufacturers. Great service and prompt. Installed a new 2 ton AC and heat pump unit in one day and showed up for the job on time as promised. Unit works great.

tim replaced our air handler with one that makes a loud rattling noise when the temp drops below 30F. he fooled with it for a while but could'nt figure it out, "sorry" is what we were left with. also, we were told that he doesn't take calls on weekends....what sort of HVAC guy is this?
