Tim and his team did a phenomenal installation of my new 5-ton heat pump/condenser and air handler. A few weeks ago, Tim serviced my 12-year-old heat pump and discovered the evaporator was leaking internally. After he estimated the repair cost, I was tired of it nickel and diming me and decided to replace the system.
