Tim and his team did a phenomenal installation of my new 5-ton heat pump/condenser and air handler. A few weeks ago, Tim serviced my 12-year-old heat pump and discovered the evaporator was leaking internally. tim replaced our air handler with one that makes a loud rattling noise when the temp drops below 30F. he fooled with it for a while but could'nt figure it out, "sorry" is what we were left with. also, we were told that he doesn't take calls on weekends....what sort of HVAC guy is this?
This business is top notch. I had my new AC installed by Tim and his coworker John a few years ago and they did great work. On time, professional, all of the above. Fast forward to today. I reached out to Tim because my unit wasn’t working correctly and he called me not even 10 minutes later and took care of me that day.
