The workers were great but the owner was very unprofessional & the service sucked. They installed a new Trane unit that cost over $5,000 less than 6 months ago. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for the part to come in with NO A/C, 3 young children & 90+ degree weather. I've been waiting for a call back from the owner for 3 days, I have called him multiple times & he doesn't even have the balls to call me back or get on the phone...I guess that explains why there has been someone different at my home EVERY time & the new ... read more
Got a deal from Angie's List for a heating and a/c tune up for the year. They have always arrived on time, and the technicians know their business. Some companies don't know how to service a steam radiator system, and we have had some bad experiences with others. Just had them out again for the a/c tune up for spring and they did an excellent job. Our washable filter wasn't really doing the job very well, so the coil was very dirty.
