This is the 3rd time I've used Accurate Air for our 40-year-old furnace/ac unit. Every time they've been here the day I called or at most the next day. The guys who have come out have been very professional and courteous when interacting with me and each other. They have been able to keep our unit going and have not tried to get us to buy a new unit just to make more money. They have thoroughly explained all work being done and why it needed to be done. I couldn't be happier with their service!

i recommend this company i have used them on multiple investment properties we do work on and if there's ever a issue Jim the owner always comes back at a reasonable time and addresses the issue

Requested they come and diagnose my unit. Told them when scheduling it likely could be a warranty claim through my home warranty company but they could not move forward until a diagnosis was made. I made it clear on the phone that I wanted the unit DIAGNOSED only. I made it clear if any other work needed done it would need diagnosed, then discussed, then approved by me before moving forward.
