UPDATE (5/4/2022): After leaving this review and filing a complaint with the BBB, Accuracy was quick to come out and fix the issues that had been causing me grief for the last few months. I am updating the review from 2 stars to 3 stars. While I had a mediocre experience working with this company, I do believe they mean well and they do have very competitive pricing, so it was worth it in the end to save the extra money. I would recommend Accuracy heating and cooling if you ever need any of your heating or cooling done My furnace broke down in the middle of the night and Ronnie the owner of the company came over and addressed the problem made sure that I had some kind of heat source and set up a appointment to remove and install a new furnace. The install went smoothly they had great customer service skills they were able to answer all my questions and concerns.

I appreciate that he called me back asking what was wrong with my AC, and he gave me trouble shooting tips instead of coming and doing an inspection and charging me for something I could have done by myself. That was a little too honest!

Run, do not give Accuracy your business. Completely ghosted us after install and they had our money. I can’t say anything positive about Accuracy except Ronnie is a good salesperson and boy did he sell us a bill of goods. Sorry guys, that’s just the way it happened.
