I've used Accuracy several times and Mr. Ray has always been courteous and done excellent work. Accuracy will always have my business.
Provided lackluster service. Made promises and set expectations that were not met multiple times. When they finally showed up the technician replaced the. thermostat but that didn’t fix the problem. The A/C worked for 3 days and stopped working again. They returned and stated they found the problem and submit a service request to the warranty company. I waited a week only to find out they never did. They are currently not returning my calls. In short they took my money for a service call and never fixed the problem.
