The quality of the work executed to pull a 50' HDMI cable via through a soffit was very good, but billing is a bit chaotic/confusing and excessive on costs. The same tech did this same pull about three years ago quite quickly (one hour) by himself, and Accura charged me one hour of labor. The original cable (not theirs) recently failed, so I had to have another pulled that I provided. The same tech came this time, but brought an additional tech. They took only 45 minutes this time.
