I received careful attention to the issues I've been having with my hearing aids, got my ears tested again, and Tom changed my prescription, and then gave me smaller size speakers in the aids themselves. Big difference! Do the smaller size speakers mean greater clarity of sound? Maybe. I'm hearing better..... thank you, Tom!
Very comfortable talking to Tom. He’s very cordial explains everything well. Super friendly guy took care of me well and explained everything. I would definitely recommend him to other people.
