Easy demo, pleasant staff!
So far so good. The new audiologist Tom was/is wonderful. One never understands the importance of a lost hearing aid replacement for $300 until it is needed (3 years). The Connect device is a nearly worthless add-on and should be phased out. Also, unbundling desktop charging could be beneficial all around.
Last year I purchased new hearing aids through HearingLife in Santa Cruz. The entire office staff is consistently courteous, efficient, and friendly. Sierra Harnsanamyxay is professional and very knowledgeable about the intricacies of hearing aids and helped me find high quality aids. They are always accommodating when I go back in for cleaning and supplies, as well as the occasional tweaking. Excellent! I received careful attention to the issues I've been having with my hearing aids, got my ears tested again, and Tom changed my prescription, and then gave me smaller size speakers in the aids themselves. Big difference! Do the smaller size speakers mean greater clarity of sound? Maybe. I'm hearing better..... thank you, Tom!
