Can’t say anything but good about this Hearing Life location. In fact, I should say GREAT! The entire staff are wonderful. Friendly, kind, caring, helpful and efficient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
My right hearing aid quit working. I called Linda to try to set up an appointment but she said there wasn’t anything available for “quite some time.” I emailed Chad and he never responded. I toughed it out for a while, failing to hear others when they spoke(I’m a minister). Finally I called another Hearing Life number(not East Lansing) and a man made me an appointment at East Lansing for that Wednesday, just a day and a half later with Danielle. Hearing life of East Lansing is absolutely amazing !!! All the way from the front desk staff to the audiologist. They were professional, detailed and did a very good job of describing and correcting my problem deficiencies. They offered immediate solutions that I found to be perfect for my needs.
