First was the receptionist ability to get me to the paperwork on my phone, My ability after that to fill it out in record time and tye timing of tester guy to ge there at the desk and took me straight back to the booth. It wasn't like an MRI so I was good though he kindly made certain it would not be an issue trusted me and in turn gained my respect and trust. I got them my insurance information and I believe they have ordered them. I'm genuinely excited for something, in my life for the first time.in many years.
Everyone there is very nice and very helpful. The only complaint that I have is that they should not "tease" you by programming the very most expensive hearing aids that they have and then showing you how they work BEFORE they talk about prices. It will just make you very sad that you cannot afford them.
The Staff is courteous and professional. The only place I would go for my hearing needs. Donna is fantastic.
