Great experience overall. Steve was the ultimate professional— very personable and full of relevant information.
Went to pick up my hearing aid today and it cost approximately $700 more than originally quoted. “I’m sorry I misquoted you originally“. Fortunately the one hearing aid I picked up works amazingly. More internal training would be a good idea.
