I saw the audiologist whose name was Greg he gave a complete hearing test and cleaned and adjusted both of my hearing aids
Hearing loss is real. The team at hearing life heard what I was saying and helped me get the right hearing aid and has continued to help when I need some assistance from time to time. Adding to this review had appointment scheduled for 2 weeks out stopped in to ask a question. The assistant checked my info and let me know that I could be seen same day. Can’t be any better service than that!!
Dawn was wonderful in squeezing me into the schedule so that I could have my hearing tested. Greg was phenomenal. From the moment he said “hello”, I was comfortable with him. He is the nicest guy, and also an excellent hearing professional. He did the hearing test, then explained the results clearly. He showed me how to change the tips on my hearing aides, and gave me supplies to take home. I would HIGHLY recommend Hearing Life in Bloomingdale!
Paul was very professional. He was able to get the equipment working for my condition and completed the procedure.
