I went for a hearing test which lasted just over 1 hour. Paul did a great job in explaining hearing aids and how they would help me. I did not make a purchase so this review is just for the exam.
Paul was very professional. He was able to get the equipment working again and completed the procedure. Even though I had cleaned the hearing aids it was ear wax causing my problem.
They took my device and are going to send it out. She was very pleasant and professional. It was a walk in without an appointment which I appreciated. Thank you. Harvey V Hoyer
