They were very honest with us in explaining that they were not able to help me because we would have had to pay several thousands of dollars befer the insurance would pay anything. The two ladies are real examples of how a business should be run in caring fer the customer and in providing their service plus where to go to git the help needed. They were kind, caring, considerate from the moment we went in.
This visit for hearing screening was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I found the testing insightful. I will be going back.
