I have used Accupro twice now due to rising Homeowners insurance and changing companies. Carl Riechers was my inspector both times. Very polite, professional and very quick in completing the report. Total upfront pricing. Very happy with Accupro.

It really is disheartening to move into a new home and find that their are issues with the property that are much more than cosmetic, and will cost you both a lot of time and money to fix. Issues with mold, poor roofing, hazardeous heating and cooling system, defective appliances, and so forth. The things that you would not think to inspect AccuPro will. Very grateful to Tom for quick availability, responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail in his inspection. While we were already content with the overall condition of the home, during his careful walkthrough he spotted minor details that we would not have picked up on, and listed them carefully, with photographs, to make the repairs easy to accomplish. He clearly leverages his industry background to the benefit of his customers, and prices his work appropriately to its quality.

Tom came out and was very nice but after we closed on our new home we found a lot of issues that was missed. The main contributing factor was mold every where and a hole in the floor he missed! He’s a good visual inspector but a terrible detailed inspector. Tom did come back out and refunded our money to try to make it right.

We used AccuPro Inspection Services because they came recommended. When we arrived, Tom was already there ready to help us. He was professional, courteous, and relatable. There are two items that could be approved upon: we did not go on the roof and I'm unsure why (I feel this should always be done on a home inspection) and the report we received the pictures could be more clear. The inspection lasted about an hour and a half. Overall we were satisfied with AccuPro and we would recommend them.
