Apparently this company is not interested in loans of over $250,000. Can't get a call back after making numerous attempts. Finally got ahold of someone and gave them the benefit of doubt and sure enough, they did it again, promised to call back but never did. Sounds like the owner should be called "chief never call back officer"

I've refinanced three times with Accunet. Each time it went smoothly. The last one took a little bit longer but that was to be expected with the rates as low as they were. I've lowered my mortgage rate from 5.25 down to 3.5, on a 30 year, and I'm extremely happy!.
