We called Acculift for some foundation cracks early in the year, due to this spring's crazy weather the work could not be finished until it dried out, even with a longer than anticipated repair time I was very happy with the service. Everyone I encountered from the owner, the office manager and the repairman were all so kind and professional. I would absolutely call again if needed.
Karen and all of the Acculift employees I dealt with were very professional and thorough. Karen worked with me to give me a complete and clear explanation and proposal estimate of the job and costs. She came out numerous times as I had additional items and questions to add to the basement and foundation project. I was referred to Bob Remminga by Rockford Construction . Bob was instrumental in the Foundation Repairs at Mary Free Bed Hospital . He inspected my property and recommended an intricate French Drain System outside my Commercial property. If I ever have a wet basement, I will call Bob.
I had a bad experience with this company and will not recommend them to anyone. I specifically told them I wanted the cracks in my foundation filled in. I specifically said that multiple times to the sales lady and the repair person. Just because I'm an uneducated homeowner who didn't understand the contract when he signed it even though I stated multiple times I wanted the cracks filled and they didn't write them on the contract now they refuse to fill them.
