I had two Lightspeeds that I loved but knew I needed to sell since I no longer used them. One worked. One had, I believe a dead battery and didn't. Made me a fair offer. Sent the writers. Got a check for the stated amount a few days later. Definitely recommend buying or selling with them. Fantastic company, and I'll continue doing business with them.
Everyone is very helpful and polite, even after I panicked and called them several times. All my questions and concerns were answered.
