Do not buy from this company. By far this is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. I was renting a machine from them, but I could not make it work. I talked with tech support several times and followed their suggestions, including getting a new USB cord and trying a different computer. I talked with the company, and they sent me some instructions on ways to troubleshoot the problem. After being fed up with trying to get the machine to work I told the company I was sending it back. We had an amazing experience renting a steno from Acculaw! I had called around prior to making my decision and I ended up going with Acculaw. The customer service was excellent! They answered all my questions in detail and clearly explained the process of renting. The machine was shipped carefully and was in perfect condition! We rented for just over a year and there were never any issues with it.
