My doctors office sent in a request for a nebulizer. They keep saying they have not received everything they need from the doctors office, but I know it’s been sent because I get notifications when it’s sent. I have also called and provided an emailed information. This is day three and I still don’t have the nebulizer that my doctor ordered. 11/14/25 Update: Finally got to pick up my equipment today. Horrible customer service and lack of communication for medical supplies, would not recommend at all does not deserve a one star at all

I really appreciate how Accucare worked quickly after Hurricane Helene to ensure we got our supplies. They even manually hand delivered everything! Very grateful to their team for their efforts during difficult circumstances.
