I've been trying to get seat covers replaced on my son's wheelchair for about 2 months if you need anything you should probably go somewhere else All I have gotten is excuses Tracy has been handling my account however she's in the Philippines so I don't understand that either ridiculous
My doctors office sent in a request for a nebulizer. They keep saying they have not received everything they need from the doctors office, but I know it’s been sent because I get notifications when it’s sent. I have also called and provided an emailed information. This is day three and I still don’t have the nebulizer that my doctor ordered. 11/14/25 Update: Finally got to pick up my equipment today. Horrible customer service and lack of communication for medical supplies, would not recommend at all does not deserve a one star at all
