Our pool account was sold to this company, and after one month of service they dropped us because they had issues with our pool that had been running fine prior to the new service. Communication from management was terrible and they couldn’t take the time to get us all on the same page, so they emailed us that they were dropping us. Not even a phone call.
Daughter sold me a hot tub for $2500 and it never worked properly. Used to buy her lunch every Wednesday in 2017. Still has my items and never returned them.
not so bad the first couple of months afterwards the service went down hill. the tech completely stopped caring. left the pool unvacuumed, dirty salt filter, caked on grime on the tile and never brushed the pool. all they did was chemicals and skim the top. We paid 30$ more for a better quality company, I'm sure it will save us a lot in the long run from poor management
Worst pool cleaning company! l What a horrible job these people do WEEKLY! Our filters were never cleaned, if you have a salt water pool forget about it. they don’t clean your equipment, don’t vacuum the pool correctly, don’t brush. We had them come back plenty of times due to the horrible weekly job they do until we were finally done giving them opportunities to fix their incompetence. Please don’t waste your money and find a different company. Attached pictures from the company that took over our pool today.
What a wonderful little company.. Zachary is the Best! Great services and Great prices... Really Knows Pools.. Highly Recommend!
