I've been having ac compressor problems all year -- I called Bob (owner) after a friend recommended his services and he came out that afternoon after 6 pm! He gave the system an overall check up and then told me that while it was failing and it would cost significantly to replace, he also said that it was still under warranty. He helped me find the contact and arranged for the replacement. This saved me a lot of money and proved to me that he's honest!
