They are very knowledgeable, and Laura is willing to do whatever it takes to help us with our warranty. She is great.
Shuttle driver was quick to pick up and very friendly. Front desk was informative and pleasant. Alignment on truck is on point and feels great.
Laura and her team are the absolute best in customer service as compared to our local Toyota alternative for servicing our 2017 Lexus ES350. The car is totally 'mint' and they took great pains to ensure it was not scratched or otherwise damaged as so often has been the case with our VW's. Their pricing is consumer responsible but our customer experience has always been luxury class. This company is a bright spot in an otherwise dismal local car service industry.
