The gal at the front desk couldn't have pushed away my business faster. I've never seen a business OPEN - that doesn't recommend their own business. And than bags on another local business and says they're not "Collision center" -- WHAT DID YOU DO FOR ME YET LADY! This place needs to learn how to give estimates and appreciate business.
Second time in 6 months because of 2 situations both not my fault. Both times I experienced negative front of house. Not informative or cooperative. Insurance payment appears most important. To many extra steps. I will not call them again
This auto body shop was recommended by a friend when my car was damaged in a parking lot. The person who hit my car left all her information on the windshield so I contacted her insurance company. This is where Accu Tech comes in. The insurance company was a nightmare to work with. They pulled every trick in the book to get out of accepting responsibility for their customers collision.
